Azamara Cruises' New Brunch Menu Includes Ratatouille Toast, Arabic Shakshuka

Azamara Club Cruises has introduced a brand new brunch menu at the Discoveries restaurants onboard its ships.

The menu, which is destination focused depending on where a ship is sailing, includes options such as Japanese zucchini noodle breakfast bowl with a friend egg, Asian chicken and rice congee with ginger and scallion, Arabic Shakshuka with hummus and Mediterranean ratatouille toast with scrambled eggs.

Freshly-squeezed orange juice and energizer shots are also on order for brunch. Vegan, gluten free, healthy and vegetarian options are all available daily.
