Tahoe Ski Resorts Forced To Close After Heavy Snowfall

After getting slammed with 10 inches of snow, many ski resorts in Tahoe have been forced to shutter their doors.
Resorts on both the California and Nevada sides of Tahoe were closed, including Woodward Tahoe Ski Area, Kirkwood Mountain Resort and Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe. Both the Sugar Bowl Ski Area in California and the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area were not operational due to road closures and flooding.
Lake Tahoe lifted its blizzard warning on Wednesday afternoon. Winter storm warnings, however, remain in effect.
