Building a base of loyal, regular clients is the most difficult, and most rewarding, task for a lot of travel advisors and travel agency owners.

There are a lot of ways to build that client list, but for so many travel advisors, the most important way to reach new clients is by employing the ones you already have. Leah Bergner, an advisor with Coastline Travel, joined TMR recently for MasterAdvisor 52, about building a luxury client base. In this clip, she talks about the importance of word of mouth.
