Globus Family of Brands to Require Vaccines Through 2022

The Globus family of brands—consisting of Globus, Cosmos, Avalon Waterways, and Monograms—will require all travelers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to join any vacation in its vacation portfolio through 2022, the tour operator announced on Thursday.
The brands' previous policy required all travelers to show proof of being fully vaccinated until March 2022.
“We remain committed to ensuring our travelers – and the destinations we visit – a safe, sustainable and responsible return to travel,” said Scott Nisbet, CEO of the Globus family of brands.
“And, with all 2022 vacations now available for booking, we’re removing questions and inconsistencies, giving want-to-be globetrotters the assurances they need to feel confident moving forward with their vacation plans. And there’s no better time than the present to plan an epic comeback to travel for 2022.”
The emerging delta variant has required tour operators to adapt their policies, especially as many European countries are banning unvaccinated Americans from visiting. The Travel Corporation also expanded its vaccination requirement through the end of next year.
G Adventures, meanwhile, plans to operate both vaccinated and non-vaccinated tours in October.
