AAA Elects First Canadian Chairman
AAA elected Don Main to the position of chairman of the AAA Board of the Directors at the 112th AAA Annual Meeting in Orlando. Main is the first Canadian to be elected to the post. More than 230 delegates and club officials from AAA’s 43 affiliated clubs in the U.S. and Canada elected Main, who will now serve as chairman of the board for the 55-milion member non-profit federation for two one-year terms. Main, the president of Main Group, was chairman of the Canadian Automobile Association from 2003 to 2005.
