ASTA Will Meet in D.C. in 2015
ABOARD THE BREAKAWAY – ASTA plans to leverage its relationship with legislators and regulators to formulate a compelling agenda for the 2015 ASTA Global Convention (AGC). The intent is to “peel back the curtain and give agents a real look at what ASTA does,” said president and CEO Zane Kerby. Speaking to the press here during this year’s convention, Kerby said ASTA aims to attract 900 to 1,000 attendees to its 2015 conference, which will be held on the association’s “home turf” in Washington D.C. Attendance at this year’s AGC is about 450, including 38 supplier companies; about 800 people attended ASTA’s 2013 convention in Miami.
