All British Airways customers will be able to fly to their destinations on Jan. 10-11 despite an industrial action by Unite, the union that represents cabin service crew hired since 2010, British Airways said today.

BA said all flights to and from London Gatwick and to and from London City will operate as normal, as will the vast majority of flights to and from London Heathrow, although a small number of flights to and from Heathrow will be merged as part of its contingency plan.
