Travel professionals who complete the five-chapter Atlantis Ambassador program will gain access to Atlantis' points-based travel agent loyalty program, Atlantis Ambassador Rewards, with rewards ranging from gift cards to complimentary room nights. Graduates will also receive FAM trip invitations, as well as be the first to know about the latest offers, new developments, and upcoming events.

The curriculum includes:

Chapter One – Receive an overview of the 170-acre destination resort and its marine exhibits, water slides and river rides, 20 swimming areas and four beaches, movies, and shuttle transportation – all included in the room rate.

Chapter Two – Learn about the six distinctive resort options, and how to match them with clients who have a wide range of budgets and personalities. 

Chapter Three – Discover more about Atlantis’ experiences for children of all ages, such as Atlantis Kids Adventures (AKA) and CRUSH Teen Club; and adult experiences, such as Mandara Spa, golf at the Ocean Club, and world-class shopping.

Chapter Four – Take a virtual tour of the dining and nightlife choices (including 21 restaurants and 19 bars and lounges). Learn about dining plans, and how to position them to your clients. 

Chapter Five – Learn more tips, tricks and insight to help you close more sales.
