As the British Virgin Islands continues to elevate its food and beverage options, some of the islands’ chefs are getting recognition.
Two chefs from the British Virgin Islands were invited invited by the James Beard Foundation to prepare a dinner at the James Beard House earlier this month, for Stars of the West Indies. Neil Cline of De Loose Mongoose, Tortola, and Erika Cline of Bleu Chocolát and De Loose Mongoose, Tortola, attended.
In addition, the British Virgin Islands culinary team participated in the annual Taste of the Caribbean Food & Beverage competition, taking away bronze medal for Caribbean National Team of the Year.
