Carnival Cruise Lines Launches New Advisor Certification Program

Carnival Cruise Line, as part of its travel advisor outreach program, is launching a new virtual, eight-part online sales certification program for advisors.
The series, called “FUNdamentals of Successful Selling,” will be led by Carnival’s team of business development managers and will feature twice weekly sessions on topics including business building strategies; social media; hosting virtual parties’ developing client relationships; and more.
The final course will be hosted by senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing Adolfo Perez, along with Carnival’s other sales leadership team. That course, called “Keys to Sales Success Today,” will go over how advisors can deal with a rapidly evolving travel industry.
“These are unique times and therefore, we created FUNdamentals of Successful Selling as a way to tap into the vast knowledge of our highly talented sales force to help agents from every agency model connect with their clients in unique and creative ways to expand both their short- and long-term business,” Perez said.
All advisors who complete the course, and a short certification quiz, will be given a certification of completion signed by Perez and an official logo they can use on their marketing.
