Collette Releases Travel Agent Fam Schedule for 2020-2021

Collette released its lineup of fam tours for 2020 and 2021 this week, allowing advisors to the opportunity to experience both the destination and the service provided by the guided tour operator.

Agents qualify for 100% rebate of the trip’s cost by booking $100,000 in revenue or more within 12 months of the fam’s return date. They can apply for the fam online and will be notified within 30 days if they are accepted. A $250 deposit plus an optional Travel Protection Plan fee is due upon confirmation and booking. The final payment is due 120 days prior to departure.

Collette’s fams include land-only, but the tour operator does offer an air add-on, as well as most meals.

The trips include:

The 11-day Croatia & Its Islands itinerary, from April 24 to May 4, 2020: guests spend one night in Sibenik, Dubrovnik, before departing on a seven-night cruise in Adriatic sea, before stopping in Zagreb. Activities include a visit to Krka National Park, a Zagreb city tour, a tour of Old City of Dubrovnik, and a visit to palace of Emperor Diocletian ($1,299 twin rate; $1,799 companion rate; and $1,899 single rate).

The eight-day Discover Panama, from May 7-14, 2020: guests will stay three nights in Panama City, followed by a night Anton Valley, two nights in Night Chitre, and a night in Playa Bonita. Highlights include Emberá Indigenous Village, Panama Canal Cruise, Miraflores Locks, Anton Valley, Chitré, Pollera dress making visit, and Finca experience ($799 twin rate; $1,299 companion rate; and $1,399 single rate).

The nine-day Bluegrass Country & Smokey Mountaina itinerary, from Aug. 6 -14, 2020: guest visit Louisville, Lexington, Gatlinburg, and Ashville on the See with highlights that include Churchill Downs, Kentucky Derby Museum, Buffalo Trace Bourbon Distillery, Lexington Horse Farms, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede with dinner show, and the Biltmore Estate ($999 twin rate; $1,499 companion rate; and $1,599 single rate).

The 10-day France Magnifique, from Nov. 5-14, 2020: takes guests to Paris, Normandy, St. Malo, and Loire Valley, including a Paris City Tour, River Cruise, Normandy WWII Beaches, Abbaye du Mont-Saint-Michel, and Château de Chenonceau ($1,299 twin Rate; $1,799 companion rate; and $1,899 single rate).

The nine-day Journey through South America itinerary, from April 16-24, 2021: includes stops in Santiago, Puerto Varas, Bariloche, and Buenos Aires. Guests will see Petrohue Falls, Andes Mountains, Bariloche, Recoleta and enjoy a tango dinner and show. ($1,299 twin rate; $1,799 companion rate; and $1,899 single rate).
