Cruise Lines Detail NCVW Deals
by Andrew Sheivachman /CLIA’s National Cruise Vacation Week is set for Oct. 20 to 27, and many cruise lines have already released information on their deals.
Beginning Oct. 1, agents can check out the NCVW website to access available deals and find out more about the promotions being offered.
Here is a list of cruise deals announced so far:
AMA Waterways
Cruisers will receive an additional $200 per stateroom in onboard credits on current promotions. Offer is valid on new bookings made Oct. 20-27.
American Cruise Lines
Complimentary shore excursions, as well as a $500 per stateroom savings, on March 2014 departures is offered for new bookings made Oct. 1-31. This may not be combined with other offers.
Celebrity Cruises
On bookings made from Oct. 20-27, cruisers receive up to $200 onboard credit per stateroom for select sailings in 2014-2015. Captain's Club loyalty program members are eligible for even more credit when booking during this window. This offer does not apply to the Celebrity Xpedition.
Cunard
Cruisers on the Queen Mary 2 are offered complimentary balcony upgrades, up to $300 per stateroom onboard credits, plus reduced and refundable deposits (subject to cancellation terms). This offer is valid for most voyages from May through December 2014, including transatlantic Crossings, New England, Canada, Caribbean and European sailings. Valid on bookings made Oct. 20-27.
Hurtigruten
Cruisers receive 5% off current price levels for select voyages on new bookings made Oct. 20-27. The offer may not be combined with other promotional offers and must be booked by calling general reservations.
MSC Cruises
Residents of the U.S. and Canada booking select 2014 MSC Divina sailings of seven nights or more by Oct. 31 will receive up to $200 per stateroom onboard ship credit.
Norwegian
Passengers will receive up to $500 onboard credit per stateroom and an additional $100 onboard credit on all Norwegian Getaway cruises in 2014. The amount of the onboard credit varies, depending on length of cruise and category booked.
Paul Gauguin Cruises
Cruisers can receive 50% off standard all-inclusive cruise fares on all 2014 voyages on the m/s Paul Gauguin and the m/v Tere Moana. In addition, airfare is included from Los Angeles on m/s Paul Gauguin sailings.
Princess Cruises
Under the “3 for Free” promotion, travelers booking an Alaska or Europe cruise will enjoy a free room upgrade, free shore excursion spending money (up to $200) and a free specialty dinner, as well as a reduced deposit of only $100 per person. Offer valid on new bookings made through Oct. 31.
SeaDream
For new 2013 and 2014 bookings made during October, guests will receive a $100 per stateroom spa credit.
Uniworld
Cruisers will receive $100 per person savings on any 2013 and 2014 Uniworld Boutique River Cruise. The offer is combinable with most savings, excluding two-for-one and free airfare offers.
Windstar
Clients who book during National Cruise Vacation Week will receive a Sail & Stay gift, which includes two-for-one cruise fares, along with two free hotel nights in one of Europe’s cities pre- or post-cruise.
