Disney Installs Alligator Warning Signs Following Boy’s Death
Walt Disney World Resort is placing signs warning of alligators and snakes at its resort beach, after a toddler was killed by an alligator in a resort lagoon at the Grand Floridian hotel.
The lagoon originally had signs advising beachgoers not to swim in the lagoon.
“We are installing signage and temporary barriers at our resort beach locations and are working on permanent, long-term solutions at our beaches,” Disney spokesperson Jacquee Wahler said in a statement.
