The Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) has lifted its temporary ban of flights between the United States in Turkey.
The ban, put into place Friday after a coup attempt by Turkey’s military, blocked all flights into and out of Turkey by U.S. aircraft.
Though the ban was lifted on Monday afternoon, Turkish Airlines was still forced to cancel all flights between Turkey and American cities Monday.
The airline offered full refunds to any traveler who has unused tickets for flights from July 15 to July 20.
