FAA Review Of Allegiant Finds ‘Minor’ Issues
by Michele McDonald /Allegiant Air released the results of the Federal Aviation Administration’s Certificate Holder Evaluation Process, conducted between April 5 and June 30.
The evaluation, conducted after a series of mechanical problems and emergency landings, found “minor” non-regulatory and non-systemic issues, the FAA said.
Allegiant must form a mitigation plan addressing each item and submit it to the FAA by Sept. 30.
