Hilton is testing what could very well be the next big thing in hospitality, robot concierges.
The first-of-its-kind “Connie,” named after company founder Conrad Hilton, is powered by IBM Watson and WayBlazer. It can tell guests about the hotel and its amenities, and offer dining and attraction recommendations.
Connie is being piloted for the next three to six months at the Hilton McLean in Virginia.
Hilton said Connie’s artificial intelligence will improve with every interaction.
