MSC Adds North And Central Florida BDM

As MSC continues its $10 billion expansion plan, the cruise line is reaching out to travel agents in the sunshine state.
MSC is bringing Tom Muldoon, a 25-year travel and hospitality industry veteran, on as its new contact for agents in North and Central Florida.
Muldoon previously spent time as a BDM for Premier Cruise Lines and Norwegian Cruise Line, covering Florida. While at Norwegian, he also worked as program manager for home-based accounts.
“Tom’s background and familiarity with accounts in the North and Central Florida market will help MSC Cruises’ continue to strengthen its presence in the region, which is a key DMA for the company,” MSC said in a statement.
