MSC Names Fusaro As North America President, Sasso Moves To Chairman

MSC Cruises named long-time senior executive Roberto Fusaro as its new president of North America, and has promoted current president Rick Sasso to the region’s chairman.
Fusaro, who led MSC’s South American business for the last 11 years, is an industry veteran. Previously, he spent nine years with Costa, including time as its managing director of South America.
Sasso has headed MSC’s North American team for the past 12 plus years and has seen the cruise line debut a number of new ships in the market including MSC Divina, which now sails out of Miami.
The changes will take place immediately.
