Margaritaville will open its first international property in Grand Cayman.

The 285-room Margaritavile Grand Cayman Beach Resort on Seven Mile Beach is set to open in December. Inspired by Jimmy Buffet, the resort will feature a swim-up bar, two pools, retail space, a spa, and signature restaurant Yara.

Margaritaville opened its first restaurant in Key West in 1987. The brand has since expanded to include hotels and resorts.
