Raffles Hotels Focuses On Culinary Experiences
Raffles Hotels & Resorts is offering new culinary experiences at several of its hotels.
World-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa is bringing his signature dishes to Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris. Matsuhisa Paris at Le Royal Monceau, which opened last month, will serve Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, with dishes like Albacore Tuna Sashimi with Jalapeño Peppers and Black Cod with Miso.
Raffles in Dubai is partnering with Manolo Blahnik on afternoon tea from now through October, offering themed treats like peach praline chocolate stilettos, a hat stand made with panna cotta and sour cherries, and flutes of champagne. In celebration of the partnership, six guests will win a raffled pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes.
Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, and Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor guests are offering lessons in traditional Cambodian cuisine.
