Shanghai Boosts Disney Results

The onsite hotel is running an occupancy rate of 95%; guests are staying at the park far longer than Disney had expected; and already more than a million guests have stopped by, the company reported during its quarterly earnings call this week.
Indeed, the Parks & Resorts division saw year-over-year revenue increase 6%, and operating income 8%, in the last quarter, despite the fact that Shanghai was open for only two weeks during that period.
