All three of Universal's theme parks – Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay – will reopen to the public beginning June 5.
When the hotels reopen, there will be new and enhanced health and safety protocols in place.
Guests and team members will be required to wear face coverings in public areas. Guests and team members will also be required to have temperature checks upon arrival, and those with temperatures of 100.4 degrees or greater will not be allowed to enter the hotel.

Capacity of food and beverage outlets will be limited “limited based on latest recommendations and guidelines.”
Hotel texting-services, express checkout, and contactless room deliveries will be utilized to ensure social distancing.
