TTC Agent Academy Launches First Course
The TTC Agent Academy introduced a five-part course for its travel agent partners that highlights The Travel Corporation's (TTC) diversity of immersive travel experiences, commitment to sustainability, and industry-leading agent support. The e-learning courses are offered through TTC’s four brand training programs: Trafalgar Academy, Contiki U, Insight Specialist, and Uniworld River Cruise Specialist.
The e-learning modules include:
The TTC Difference: As an international family of travel brands that is driven by service, passion and excellence, agents learn how TTC is the best trade partner. This fourth-generation, family-owned company operates out of 40 offices worldwide, with 10,000 team members.
TTC’s Lifestyles of Travel: Agents will gain familiarity with TTC’s extensive travel lifestyle offerings including family travel, youth travel, guided travel, sightseeing day excursions, luxury travel, cruising, individual travel and safari adventures.
TTC Cares – Making Travel a “Force of Good”: Agents will learn the importance of social responsibility and sustainable travel, which inspired the founding of TTC’s not-for-profit foundation, TreadRight, in 2008. They’ll learn the key benefits of supporting local communities through TreadRight’s heritage and wildlife initiatives, including 40 worldwide projects with 60 partners, and ME to WE’s culturally immersive trips.
The “Tools for Success”: Offering agents learning and training resources, including flexible client deposits and past guests discounts across the TTC brands. The TTC online Tool Kit provides agents with seamless online services including managing their client bookings, requesting a quote or making an online booking. In addition, TTC provides sales support from District Sales Managers and fast and efficient sales centers.
With the successful completion of all five TTC e-learning modules, agents can download a certificate of accreditation that will enable them to more effectively sell all of the TTC brands within the group. Graduates will also receive exclusive offers and incentives.
