Toronto Four Seasons Sold For C$225 Million

The Toronto Four Seasons was sold by Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Holdings for 225 million Canadian dollars, or about $172 million.
The investment firm sold the 259-room hotel to family investment vehicles related to Shahid Khan, who owns the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will continue to operate the porperty.
The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, located in the city's downtown, has a AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star ratings.
