Travel Leaders Network Wins CLIA Travel Agency Innovator Award

by Richard D'Ambrosio

Cruise Lines International Association awarded Travel Leaders Network with its 2017 Travel Agency Innovator Award, recognizing the company for innovation in their approach to promoting cruise travel and growing their cruise travel sales.

The company was recognized for providing its agent members with technology tools like AgentMate, a fully-integrated CRM system, the CruisePRO booking system, and its lead generation tool, Agent Profiler.

Through Agent Profiler, Travel Leaders Network’s travel agents, including those specializing in cruising and river cruising, can highlight their expertise and specializations with a particular destination or travel interest specialty. Their detailed profiles are displayed on TravelLeaders.com, where consumers then have the opportunity to connect with the travel expert that best meets their particular travel needs.

The award was part of the Hall of Fame Cruise Industry Awards dinner at the CLIA Cruise360 conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
