Two Royal Princesses On The Way From Carnival Corp.

by Daniel McCarthy

Carnival Corp.’s fifth ship, ordered from Italy’s Fincantieri shipyard, will be a Princess Cruises vessel, the company announced today.

Carnival ordered five ships in December, 2015. Two will go to Princess, two to Costa Asia, and one to P&O Australia. The two new Princess ships will be the fourth and fifth in the Royal Princess class, which already includes the Royal Princess, the Regal Princess, and the soon-to-debut Majestic Princess.

The ships will debut in 2019 and 2020. Princess has not announced what itineraries they will sail.
