USTOA Opens Registration For Crisis Preparedness Workshop
by Jessica Montevago /The United States Tour Operators Association will hold its third Crisis Preparedness Workshop at the Sheraton Grand Chicago on March 2 and 3.
The two-day workshop will be presented by Dr. Carolyn Coarsey, PhD, co-founder and president of the Family Assistance Foundation. It will cover best practices for dealing with the emotional and logistical needs of clients during an emergency, followed by a USTOA After Hours mixer for members on Thursday night.
Registration is open now through Jan. 30 and costs $179 per person. USTOA is holding a block of rooms at the Sheraton Grand at a rate of $179/night plus taxes.
