Walt Disney World Opens Bookings for 2020 Vacation Packages

For clients who want to experience the brand new Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge next year, 2020 Walt Disney World Resort vacation packages are now available to book. These packages are valid for arrivals beginning Jan. 1, 2020.
The 2020 Disney Resort hotel package options include: Disney Resort Hotel Package, Disney Resort Hotel Package + Quick Service Dining, Disney Resort Hotel Package + Dining, and Disney Resort Hotel Package + Deluxe Dining.
The 2020 vacation packages will feature new extras that will offer travelers a variety of discounts and offerings on dining, entertainment, shopping and more, though parking prices did go up.
Parking charges for reservations made before June 18, 2019, for arrivals in 2019 or 2020 are: $13 per night for Disney Value Resorts, $19 per night for Disney Moderate Resorts, and $24 per night for Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts.
For reservations made June 18, 2019 and thereafter for arrivals in 2020, parking is: $15 per night for Disney Value Resorts, $20 per night for Disney Moderate Resorts, and $50 per night for Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts.
Disney noted that vacation packages could not be booked more than 499 days in the future — and the Disney Reservation Center expects heavy call volume following the announcement.
The company also announced increases to annual passes. For Florida residents, the Platinum Plus passes are $999 per year (up from $849) and the Platinum passes are $899 (up from $749).
As for non-Florida residents, the Platinum Plus passes are $1,219 per year (up from $994) and the Platinum passes are $1,119 (up from $894). Other annual pass increases include the Gold level for $699 (up from $609), Silver level for $519 (up from $479), and the Epcot After 4 p.m. local time passes for $309 (up from $289).
