Windstar Adds New European Itineraries

Windstar Cruises will sail eight new North Europe itineraries and 12 new Mediterranean in 2018.

Windstar president John Delaney called the new sailings, which will run April through October, “the latest development in response to our growing customer demand.”

The new sailings include journeys into downtown London near the Tower of London, through the narrow Trollfjord to the Lofoten Islands and a stop at San Remo on Italy’s Riviera of Flowers. In total, the schedule includes 26 new European ports, bringing Windstar’s global number of maiden ports to 93 for 2018.

All itineraries are sailed on one of Windstar’s three all-suite power yachts, which Windstar says are “perfectly suited to sailing into smaller harbors and fjords, scenic coastal cruising, and traversing larger distances at higher speeds.”
