The Jamaican Tourist Board has named Marcia McLaughlin as its deputy director of tourism marketing.
McLoaughlin will oversee JTB’s public relations and advertising agencies, as well as directing its destination marketing, communications, digital marketing, and research teams. She previously managed public relations at Sandals Resorts International and Air Jamaica Vacations, and established eMpower Consultants, a marketing consultancy.
JTB also appointed Francine Carter Henry as Tour Operators and Airlines Manager. She’s responsible for establishing relationships with tour operators and airlines. Carter Henry was most recently the Director, National Accounts at International Lifestyles Inc.
