Journeys Connect Exits USTOA

Journeys Connect is no longer an Active Member of the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) after ending its 10-year business partnership with DH Enterprise & Associates.
As a result, advisors and their clients are no longer protected by the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program when booking with Journeys Connect.
“Travel agents and consumers should be aware that DH Enterprise & Associates has confirmed that it currently does not hold any deposits or payments for Journeys Connect’s clients for past or future travel,” said USTOA President & CEO Terry Dale. “Any deposits or payments made directly with Journeys Connect are not protected…”
According to the CEO of Journeys Connect, Marc Kavanagh, the tour operator plans to rejoin USTOA as soon as possible.
DH Enterprise & Associates continues to be a USTOA tour operator in good standing.
