Crystal Partners with Beefbar for At-Sea Restaurant
by Dori Saltzman /Crystal and global restaurant brand Beefbar are partnering to bring a Beefbar concept to sea for the first time ever. The new offering will be added to both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony this summer.
The Beefbar concept, which replaces the line’s Tastes restaurant, will be available to cruisers during both lunch and dinner, and will feature a variety of items including vegetarian and vegan options, as well as specialty cocktails. Additionally, the favorite signature dishes of Tastes will continue to be served at Beefbar.
Beefbar, which is best known for its selection of prime cuts, is the brainchild of restauranteur Riccardo Giraudi and has more than 20 locations around the world in cities such as Mykonos, Paris, Milan, Hong Kong, and others. It debuts in the U.S. this spring with a location in New York City.
