Accor Launches New All-Inclusive Platform

Another hotel giant is targeting the growing all-inclusive market.

Accor on Tuesday announced ALL Inclusive Collection, a new platform that Accor says will leverage the growing demand for the segment, and give consumers and advisors a central place to book all of the company’s all-inclusive brands. Accor officially entered the all-inclusive market last year with the launch of a separate collection of all-inclusive properties but is now launching a platform built specifically for that collection.

All the properties under the collection will include food and drinks, activities, and entertainment in the price of booking.

The platform initially will include over 30 resorts from some of Accor’s global brands including Rixos, SO/, and Swissôtel, across 8 destinations, including Turkey, Egypt, Dubai, and Croatia. Some of the properties debuting with the platform include:

  • Rixos Qetaifan Island North, Doha, a 378 rooms and suites resort that includes one of the world’s largest waterparks.
  • Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai.
  • SO/ Sotogrande, a golf and wellness spot in the Andalusian countryside.
  • Rixos Premium Belek, a flagship resort in Turkey that offers access to the Land of Legends theme park.
  • The Heritage Grand Perast by Rixos, in Montenegro.

The plan is to expand the collection to over 50 resorts in the next three years, including adding properties from Hyde, Mondrian, SLS, and Fairmont, some of the most prominent Accor brands.

Rixos, in particular, is serving as the base of the ALL Inclusive Collection launch. The brand, which has been operating for the last 20 years, boasts an “all-inclusive, all-exclusive” motto that Accor says will form “the foundation of the ALL Inclusive Collection’s experience pillars.”

“Building on the incredible success of Rixos led by its founder, Fettah Tamince, the launch of ALLInclusive-Collection.com comes at a time when demand for all-inclusive stays is stronger than ever,” Gaurav Bhushan, Co-CEO of Ennismore, said.

“By leveraging this demand and curating the best resorts from leading brands, ALL Inclusive Collection is set to be a global market leader in the luxury all-inclusive business, with a strong pipeline globally.”

In the last few years, the proliferation of the all-inclusive segment has only picked up steam as suppliers recognized the potential of the segment among consumers. While the biggest entry into the segment might have been Hyatt, which jumped into all-inclusive with its purchase of ALG Vacations, other hospitality giants have also expanded their offerings including Marriott, Margaritaville, and more.
