Japan’s Largest Hospitality Group Makes U.S. Debut
The owner of Japan’s largest hospitality organization – APA (Always Pleasant Amenity) Hotel – opened its first U.S.-based property today in Metropark, NJ.
The 200-room APA Hotel Woodbridge will remain open while it undergoes renovations to its guest rooms, suites, lobby, and 30,000 square feet of conference facilities. It will also open a new Japanese restaurant. The project is slated to be by spring 2017.
APA group partnered with New Jersey-based Friendwell Group of Companies to bring the APA Hotel franchise to the U.S., and plans on opening other hotels throughout the states.
