Las Vegas Hard Rock Victim Of Data Breach

June 28, 2016

Hard Rock & Casinos Las Vegas told guests yesterday that their credit card information may have been breached.

The hotel found malware targeting its payment credit card data, including customers’ names, card numbers, expiration dates, and internal verification codes. Cards used between Oct. 27, 2015, and March 21, 2016, at some restaurants and shops may have been affected.

The Hard Rock has notified law enforcement official, and is working with a cyber-security firm to strengthen its security system.
