Pleasant Holidays Thanks Travel Advisors with New Award Incentives

by Jessica Montevago

Pleasant Holidays and its luxury brand, Journese, Thursday began its Travel Advisor Appreciation Month: 30 Days of Thanks.

The tour operator said throughout the month of November, they will be honoring their valued travel advisor partners with special award incentives.

Travel advisors who make the most qualifying combined Pleasant Holidays and/or Journese bookings each week will be eligible to win one of 30 prizes being given away, including two-night hotel stays, office lunches, $50 gift cards, and 1,000 bonus TRIP points.

The travel advisor with the highest number of total qualifying bookings will be eligible to win the grand prize – a river cruise for two on the American Queen Steamboat Company’s all-suite American Duchess for eight nights.

The show of appreciation comes on the heels of Pleasant Holidays releasing a sales tool designed to assist in expediting the sales process for travel advisors. The Hotel Recommendation tool allows agents to email vacation package and hotel option comparisons to clients based on their specific requests, based on “feedback from travel advisors indicated the need to quickly and easily provide clients with hotel recommendations based upon the client’s specific requests, including images and pricing.”

Tip of the Day

"Most people do want to experience new things. There is a small percentage, maybe 10%-15%, who always want to do the same thing: Either return to the same all-inclusive or take the same cruise line to the same Caribbean islands."
