Special Needs Group Appoints Karen Leonard To Sales and Marketing Role

Karen Leonard, has been named travel industry ambassador, a sales and marketing position, with the Special Needs Group.

In the role, Leonard will coordinate trade shows and special events, establish and strengthen travel industry partnerships, maintain and grow agent relationships, manage company marketing materials, and perform company webinars. Most recently, Leonard was a personal vacation manager for Online Vacation Center, where she served as both a call center and full-service travel agent.

Prior to that position, she served as a training specialist with CruiseOne/Cruises Inc., where she designed, facilitated, and administrated formal educational, motivational and skills-based training programs.
