The Three Highest-End Suites Aboard Crystal Symphony

Just as some theaters promise there’s no bad seat in the house, there’s truly no bad cabin aboard the Crystal Symphony

The Sapphire Veranda Suite
As the ship’s third-highest room category, the Sapphire Veranda Suite offers up to 430 square feet of space (not to mention the 107-square-foot private balcony). Guests will find a spacious living room area, a walk-in closet, a bedroom separated by a curtain from the living room, and an enormous bathroom complete with a double vanity.

This suite comes in three styles, marked by their year of renovation. The Classic Design (2014) is full of rich wood finishes and furnishings, and the bathroom has a separate tub and shower, plus a bidet.

The redesigned 2017 version features a softer color palette, a standalone makeup vanity, and more modern furnishings. These suites – 12 in total – also have a washer-dryer

Finally, the redesigned 2023 has more sophisticated styling, with an incredible shower — there’s a rainfall showerhead up top, two jets shooting out from the wall, and a hand-held sprayer to boot. Each suite type has ample storage, plenty of natural and artificial lighting, and numerous outlets in convenient locations.

Junior Crystal Penthouse Suite
Kicking it up one more notch on the luxury ladder is the Junior Crystal Penthouse Suite, and all eight of these were redesigned in 2023. With up to 646 square feet of space (and a 161 square foot private veranda), your clients enjoy all the same offerings as the Sapphire Verandah Suite, plus a few more: a vanity in the bedroom, a whirlpool bathtub (along with a separate shower and bidet), and fresh flowers.

Foodies will rejoice at the extra perks of this suite level, including room service from Umi Uma (chef Nobu’s sushi restaurant) and Osteria d’Ovidio (the Italian eatery) — plus unlimited dining in these two dining rooms (by reservation, based on space availability — your butler can get this all squared away). They’ll also have in-suite cocktail parties to look forward to, a butler or concierge escort from the terminal to their suite on embarkation day, and a private transfer to and from the ship upon request.

Crystal Penthouse Suite
Finally, the pièce de résistance, the 909-square-foot Crystal Penthouse Suite. Everything about the Junior Crystal Penthouse Suite still applies in this category — and then some. The private veranda (up to 107 square feet) has upgraded teak furniture, there’s a custom built-in bar, a separate study, a dining area with panoramic ocean views, and a chic guest bathroom. There are four of these suites on the ship, and there are two versions from which to choose: a 2020 remodel and a 2023 remodel.

The living room features custom wool carpets, walnut floors, and a stunning Swarovski chandelier, while the master bathroom has an ocean view, crystal sconces, Calacatta marble floors, and a whirlpool, separate shower and bidet. Finally, expect unlimited complimentary laundry and dry cleaning.

For the right clients, these three upgraded suites will further elevate an already luxurious cruise, provide a home-away-from-home aesthetic, and make them Crystal fans for life.
