Casa 5: The New Luxury Hideaway in Riviera Nayarit

Casa 5: The New Luxury Hideaway in Riviera Nayarit

Conrad Punta de Mita has debuted Casa 5, a private exclusive portion of the luxury resort.

Advisors seeking a luxury resort in Mexico along the Riviera Nayarit should consider the Conrad Punta de Mita, which now features a newly established private area named Casa 5.

Casa 5 is a blend of six beachfront suites and five beachfront rooms in a private, standalone building steps away from the main area.  The area can accommodate up to 36 guests in total exclusivity and personalized services, starting at $5,000/night in low season.

The debut of Casa 5 is in line with Virtuoso’s 2024 Trend Report which found that Canadians travel longer and spend more than the average traveller, and highly value the expertise of professional travel advisors.

Guests staying in Casa 5 at Conrad Punta de Mita will be pampered from the moment they arrive with up to six roundtrip airport transfers, complimentary daily breakfast for all guests, and dedicated concierge services provided by the resort “Compadres” to tailor every detail of the stay. Guests traveling with little ones will receive daily access to Turi Kids Club at no cost and children under 12 will eat free for the duration of the stay.

According to the Virtuoso Study, Canadians prioritise fulfilling their mental and emotional needs through travel, focusing on joy and happiness (70 percent), mental reset (58 percent) and curiosity and exploration (52 percent).

Secondary motivations vary based on travel companions: couples often choose romantic getaways, families with adult children favour nature and eco-tourism, and trips with extended family or friends are celebratory or adventurous.

“This launch arrives at a time when group and multigenerational travel is experiencing significant growth, with families and friends seeking shared, immersive experiences,” Conrad Punta de Mita said in a press release.

“Casa 5 is perfect for family vacations, destination weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties and milestone celebrations.”
