Crystal Launches Tool to Help Advisors Match Clients with Excursions

Crystal has launched the “Experience Finder” tool for travel advisors to help them quickly explore the range of shore excursions available to guests.
Accessible through the Travel Partner Center, the tool helps advisors search through hundreds of experiences around the world – from half- and full-day excursions to exclusive overland journeys, major global events, and pre- and post-cruise tours (many of which have been created in partnership with sister brand Abercrombie & Kent.)
“Whether it’s front-row views at the Monaco Grand Prix, a sunrise game drive in South Africa’s Tala Private Game Reserve, or the rare opportunity to stand at the paws of the Sphinx, our shore experiences inspire a sense of wonder – and now they are more accessible than ever,” said Matias Lira, senior vice president, trade sales – Americas, UK & EMEA for Crystal.
The Experience Finder allows advisors to search by region, country, month and year of travel, duration of experience, and areas of interest.
“With the launch of the Experience Finder, we’re giving our travel partners a powerful, intuitive tool to better serve their clients and drive sales,” Lira added. “It’s all about making it easier to match our guests with the kinds of transformative experiences that define a Crystal journey. The feedback so far has been very positive.”
