Explora Journeys has launched its first-ever loyalty program, Explora Club. The five-level club features a collection of benefits that range from priority access and personalized gifts to savings, and more.

“The launch of Explora Club marks a significant milestone in the evolution of our dynamic and rapidly growing brand,” said Anna Nash, global president of Explora Journeys, at a press conference in Miami at this year’s Seatrade conference. “We have been listening to our guests. They have all been asking us, when are you launching your loyalty club?”

She continued, “It is designed to do more than just points and rewards… It is about deepening our relationship with our guests and ensuring that every single one of them feels truly seen, feels appreciated, and feels valued.”

The five levels of Explora Club are Classic (0), Silver (1-5,000), Gold (5,001-20,000), Platinum (20,001-50,000), and Diamond (50,001+). Levels are determined by weighted nights as sea, multiplied by suite category, with additional points earned through destination experiences purchased pre-journey or onboard, as well as eligible onboard spending including at the spa, on specialty dining, beverages, laundry, and purchases at The Journey boutique (100 points per EUR/USD $1,000 spent).

All voyages already sailed will be retroactively applied to the loyalty program.

Explora Club launches on 9 April 2025, inviting guests to enroll and begin their journey of rewards. By July 2025, Members will have access to a personalized ‘My Explora’ area, where benefits and level status will be visible. Past journeys will also be recognized and factored into each member’s level.

Additionally, Explora is offering status match with other luxury cruise programs.

Benefits include:

  • Gifts & Surprises: Starting with a personalized welcome onboard (Classic onwards), along with exclusive welcome gift, signature loyalty delight, birthday surprise (Silver onwards), and a surprise ritual turndown service (Gold onwards).
  • Savings & Onboard Credits: Access to Explora Club Member offers (Classic onward), savings at The Journey boutique, value savings on future journeys (Silver onwards), onboard credit for wellness and shore excursions (Platinum onwards), and a complimentary week-long journey for two (Diamond).
  • Pre-Journey Services: Priority access to new deployments, dedicated Explora Club members area on explorajourneys.com (Classic onwards), priority assistance at the Explora Experience Centre (Silver onwards), private airport transfer and complimentary suite upgrades (Diamond).
  • Exclusive Events: Invitation to an exclusive cocktail party with ship leadership (Silver onwards), President Journey experience and complimentary culinary experience (Diamond).
  • Elevated Onboard Service: Personalized welcome from the general manager (Silver onwards), complimentary laundry bag (Gold onwards), priority reservation for onboard services, behind-the-scenes tour to the bridge and engine room (Platinum onwards), and private shopping experience outside of boutique opening hours (Diamond).
