Luxury hotel collection Relais & Châteaux is adding 11 new members to its portfolio.

The properties and restaurants are spread across the globe, from Africa to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, all operated by independent owners. They join an existing portfolio that includes The Inn of the Five Graces in Santa Fe, Chatham Inn Relais & Châteaux in Cape Cod, and Le Ponant, the first sailing yacht in the portfolio.

A 63-room property, including 30 cabanas and one villa, located on a private bay in Lycia in southern Turkey, an area also known as “The Turkish Riviera.” The company describes the hotel as “heaven on earth for those who love unspoiled nature,” with a 50-acre protected forest surrounding the property. It will officially open in June.

The hotel also features four different restaurants, including Luna, a fine-dining eatery serving Mediterranean cuisine, and Mezkla, which offers a Mexican and Latin-inspired menu.

A 19-room property in the mountains of Kyushu, Relais & Châteaux Enowa Yufuin calls itself a “botanical and sanctuary retreat.” The property includes a spa, hilltop saunas, and Restaurant Jimgu, which offers plant-based, farm-driven cuisine by New York-trained Tashi Gyamtso.

Relais & Châteaux Ran Baas The Palace – Patiala, Punjab

A 35-suite property that was once home to the maharaja’s wives, located within the largest private residence in Asia. The property is reopening after nearly a decade of renovation work to restore it, featuring wood furnishings, marble floors, silk carpets, and glass chandeliers. Each of the 35 suites includes its own patio or garden.

For food and drink, the property offers two on-site options — Need, which offers a menu influenced by local bazaars and India’s street food, and The Palace Bar.

A 40-room hotel on the French Riviera that will open in June 2025, Relais & Châteaux Hôtel Les Roches is a sister property of Relais & Châteaux Les Barmes de L’Ours. The company says the historic building “in pale Bormes stone looks as though it is moored in the Aiguebelle Bay in Le Lavandou.” It will officially open its doors in June.

The hotel’s four restaurants are also joining the Relais & Châteaux portfolio.

Relais & Châteaux The Cove Eleuthera – Gregory Town, Bahamas

A 22-room property located along two private coves surrounded by white sand, Relais & Châteaux The Cove Eleuthera is joining the portfolio as perhaps “the archipelago’s best-kept secret.” The rooms are built into white lodges and include a handful of suites and four villas, three of which have their own private pools.

The hotel’s two restaurants — Freedom Restaurant and Sushi Bar and Gregory Town Grill — are also joining the portfolio along with Point Bay and its spa, Spa Body Bliss.

Relais & Châteaux Myconian Sunrise – Mykonos, Greece

A 40-room, one-suite property located on the hills of the island’s southern coast, Relais & Châteaux Myconian Sunrise overlooks Agrarian Beach and the Aegean Sea, offering guests direct access to a private beach. It will officially open on May 10.

The property was recently transformed, including renovations to its rooms, and offers an experience that bathes travelers in light in one of the more idyllic settings they’ll find. The hotel’s spa and treatment rooms, along with Sunrise Tavern, are also joining the portfolio.

Relais & Châteaux Villa Pétrusse – Luxembourg, Luxembourg

A 21-room, three-suite property, Relais & Châteaux Villa Pétrusse is a sister property of Relais & Châteaux Hôtel Le Place d’Armes. The adults-only property is located in a private residence in the city’s Old Town that the company says is “an architectural jewel that is emblematic of the city’s late-19th-century transformation.” It will open in June.

The property’s Le Lys, which serves Luxembourgish cuisine with an Asian twist, is also joining the portfolio.
