Regent Seven Seas Cruises will launch an all-new Mediterranean restaurant onboard Seven Seas Prestige when it debuts in December 2026. Azure will be one of seven specialty restaurants and 11 total dining choices.

“Cuisine has always been at the heart of the Regent experience, and with Seven Seas Prestige, we are taking our commitment to Epicurean Perfection to an entirely new level,” said Jason Montague, chief luxury officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Our talented chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, baristas, waiters, and servers, work tirelessly to craft a culinary journey that is truly Unrivaled at Sea. I’m especially excited to reveal Azure – an innovative and exciting new dining experience that will bring fresh flavors and a bold new concept for Regent guests to enjoy.”

The specialty restaurant will feature a mezze-style dining concept designed to foster connection and community. Guests will be encouraged to share dishes, including amuse-bouche, appetizers, main courses, and desserts – all inspired by the Mediterranean’s varied cultures spanning Europe, Africa, and Asia. The menu will be revealed closer to the ship’s launch date.

The design of the restaurant draws inspiration from the constellations, the Art Deco styling of early 20th century Europe, Japanese design principles, and the storied history of Chicago’s industrial past.

Azure will be one of seven specialty restaurants on Seven Seas Prestige; a second all-new concept will be revealed at a later date.

Other specialty dining venues will be Compass Rose, Pacific Rim, Prime 7, Chartreuse, and Sette Mari at La Veranda. The ship will also offer 24-hour in-suite dining, casual Pool Grill dining, and pastries and cold cuts at Coffee Connection.

Regent Seven Seas also recently offered a sneak peek at two of Seven Seas Prestige’s public spaces: the Atrium and Galileo’s Bar.

Interested clients can register their interest in Seven Seas Prestige’s maiden season starting on June 11, 2025, with reservations opening on June 25.
