American Cruise Lines Launches Latest Ship
by Daniel McCarthy /American Cruise Lines’ newest vessel, the American Constellation, officially hit the water ahead of its spring 2017 launch.
The ship was launched in the Wicomico River and then maneuvered via tugboats into the outfitting basin at Chesapeake Shipbuilding in Salisbury, MD, where it will be completed.
In its initial season, the ship will sail 10-night Grand New England itineraries round-trip from Boston, MA, carrying 170 passengers.
