CWT Intros Mobile Gamification App
Carlson Wagonlit Travel announced a gamification module for its CWT to Go mobile app that lets corporate travelers track their reward points on their mobile phones. Travel gamification programs are company-sponsored reward programs that use competitive game-style elements to encourage travelers to follow – or go above and beyond – corporate travel policies. CWT’s new mobile tool will let travelers see their status easily while on the road, which “will help them understand the impact of their purchasing decisions, providing travel managers further opportunity to educate and influence their travelers to support the goals of their travel program,” said Joel Wartgow, senior director of CWT Solutions Group, Americas.
