Carnival Cruise Line’s Dress Code Now Bans Offensive Clothing
by Daniel McCarthy /
Carnival Cruise is now advising guests to remember to be respectful when choosing what they wear onboard.
“All guests are expected to ensure their clothing and accessories are respectful to fellow guests” Carnival’s updated dress code on its website now reads.
The dress code will now not allow guests to wear clothing with messages that “may be considered offensive or contain nudity, profanity, sexual innuendo/suggestions. In addition, clothing/accessories should not promote negative ethnic or racial, commentary, or hatred or violence in any form.”
According to Carnival’s John Heald, the change was made after Carnival got some feedback about some offensive clothing from the cruise line’s guests.
