Disney Drone Show In The Works

by Jessica Montevago

Guests visiting Walt Disney World this holiday season will be able to see the park’s first drone aerial show.

The company released a clip of a Christmas-themed light show powered by dozens of drones, saying “the idea of ‘wishing upon a star’ will take on an even more magical meaning in the skies of Disney Springs.” No other details were revealed.

Disney received a no-fly zone exemption from the Federal Aviation Administration to operate drones over its theme parks just last week.
