Hot Restaurant Tickets Available Through Colibri Hotels

by Richard D'Ambrosio

Colibri Boutique Hotels has access to some of the hottest restaurant tickets in Mexico—and guests booking its Gourmet Getaway Package will be able to reserve a spot at Noma Mexico, La Zebra, El Pez, Mezzanine and Mi Amor hotels in Tulum.

Noma Mexico, the latest limited engagement from the red hot Copenhagen restaurant, will unite René Redzepi with former sous-chef Rosio Sanchéz to “develop a new and original menu using only local and indigenous Mexican ingredients,” Colibri said. It will be situated outdoors, adjacent to La Zebra boutique hotel, from April 12 to May 28, 2017.

The two-day “Gourmet Getaway” package includes breakfast and accommodations in any room type. Tickets for the restaurants will be charged separately and at the restaurant’s standard price.
