Korean Air, Delta Expand Code-Share Agreement

Korean Air and Delta Air Lines will expand their code-share agreement to more than 100 U.S. and Canadian destinations and more than 30 cities in Asia in the fourth quarter, subject to government approvals.
Korean Air will place its code on 156 of Delta’s U.S. and Canadian routes beyond Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York-JFK. Korean Air will also add its code to Delta’s Sao Paulo, Brazil flights from both Atlanta and New York Kennedy.
Delta will add its code on Korean Air flights to 32 cities beyond Seoul Incheon, including Singapore, Bangkok, Saigon, Osaka and Taipei. Delta will also place its code on Korean flights from Houston and San Francisco to Seoul Incheon.
Next year, Korean Air will place its code on a new Delta flight from Atlanta to Seoul Incheon that will launch on June 3 to complement Korean’s daily service.
