Marriott Pompano Rolls Out New Amenities, Adds Resort Fee
by Jessica Montevago /Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa has rolled out a series of upgraded amenities.
Children ages 4 to 17 can now participate in the Funky Fish Ocean Camp, an award-winning ocean adventure program. The new offers a range of activities, including snorkeling, skim boarding, nature hikes and crafts every day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., led by CPR-trained instructors.
Starting Sept. 1, the resort will begin offering Fresh Bites, in-room dining without carts or trays for guests on the go, 24 hours a day. It also added a fleet of bicycles for guests to rent and equipped all guestrooms with Marriott’s New Guestroom Entertainment Platform, providing HD channels, an interactive channel guide and access to the guest’s personal Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and Pandora streams.
A $20 daily resort fee has also been implemented.
